Purchases cannot be refunded once paid, unless we remove your listing. Your statutory rights remain.

Your payment is final
Once you've paid for a listing on Product Debuts, that payment is not refundable. This applies to all purchases made through the site. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.
When we refund in full
There is one circumstance in which you receive a complete refund: if our team rejects your listing or removes it after it's live, every payment for that listing is refunded automatically to your original payment method. We also issue a credit note for your records.
If you paid in cryptocurrency, we'll ask you to provide a payout address so we can process the refund to you.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute or reverse a payment with your bank or card issuer, any listing bought with that order will be taken down immediately whilst the dispute remains open. Should the dispute be resolved in our favour, your listing can be restored.

- What happens if I change my mind after paying?
- Payments cannot be reversed once confirmed. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved under law.
- I paid in crypto—how do I get refunded?
- If your listing is removed by our team, we refund to cryptocurrency. We'll ask you for a payout address to complete it.
- What if I dispute the charge with my bank?
- Your listing goes down while we investigate. If we win the dispute, we can put it back up; if you win, the refund stands.
