How do I start or stop following on Product Debuts?
Press Follow on any listing or founder profile to receive their launches, updates and stories by email and in your account. Stop following anytime with the same button.

Find the Follow button
Every listing page and every founder page displays a Follow button. Press it to start following that company's output or that founder's activity. Following costs nothing and needs only a free account (which you can create in seconds).
Sign in, then follow
If you're already signed in, following happens at once and the button switches to Following. If you're not signed in, the button takes you to sign up or log in, then returns you to confirm your choice.
What you'll hear about
When you follow a listing, you receive notice of:
- new milestones and status changes (such as acquisition or closure)
- new products from that company
- fresh founder stories
- new or replaced demo videos
- when the company goes live with a launch on any site (one notice per day maximum)
- Launch of the Week wins (#1, #2 or #3)
Followers of a founder receive notice of that founder's new stories only. All updates land in your account and arrive by email.
Control your email frequency
By default, updates come in one daily summary email. Visit /account/notifications to choose: instantly, daily summary, weekly summary, or off. You can also add Telegram or Slack there.
Unfollow anytime
Press the Following button on the listing or founder page to stop following immediately. Or turn emails off at /account/notifications while keeping your follow active.
How following affects vote rankings
Following is separate from voting. It does not change vote counts, vote rankings or Product of the Week. Followers do count towards /launches/most-followed, which lists the most followed launches on the site.
Questions people ask
- Does following cost me anything?
- No. You need only a free account on Product Debuts, which you can create at sign-up.
- Will the listing owner know I'm following them?
- They'll be told someone started following, but never who. The number of followers may appear on the listing.
- Can I choose how often I get emails?
- Yes. Go to /account/notifications and pick instantly, a daily digest, a weekly digest, or off. You can also send updates to Telegram or Slack from there.
