What does a founder profile need before your launch can screen?
Your founder profile must be finished before a listing can be shown; here are the credits it needs and what happens while a listing waits.

Credits required
Every launch carries a founder credit. Fill in your profile at /account/founder with these details:
- Photo, plus one line describing what the photo shows
- Full name
- Title or role
- Country
- Bio of 80 characters or more
- A personal link: your own website or personal social profile. Company pages do not count.
Optional extras: your city, and a link to your founder story.
Now showing: "waiting for founder profile"
You can still draft, submit and pay. What you cannot do is publish or schedule until the owner's profile is finished. Nothing is lost while it waits. Complete the profile and the hold lifts on its own.
If you paid for a week that has not arrived yet, that week stays yours. If the week has already gone by, the outcome depends on the type of listing:
- Paid: it goes live this week.
- Free: it goes live in the next free-queue week.
We tell you which applies.
Starring: your co-founders
Add co-founders from the Team section of /account/founder. Each one is billed on the product page only after completing their own profile.
