Which Agno plan is right for me?
Start on Free to build and run your agent platform anywhere at any scale, and serve agents over REST, in Claude and ChatGPT over MCP, and in Slack. Move to Pro when you want the control plane pointed at a live deployment so your team can watch runs and operate agents together. Choose Enterprise when your agents serve your own end users and you need to manage their identity, roles, audit trail and access scoped per resource.
What do I pay for?
You pay for the control plane. The runtime is open source and free at any scale, and serving agents costs nothing. Pro buys you the control plane pointed at a live AgentOS, shared access for your team, roles and service accounts. Enterprise buys end-user management for the people your agents serve.
Can I serve agents in Claude and ChatGPT on the free plan?
Yes. AgentOS is open source and serves your agents over MCP, so a deployment you run yourself can be added to Claude or ChatGPT as a custom connector on any plan, including Free. Nothing in the serving path runs on our infrastructure.
What counts as a live connection in Agno's AgentOS?
A live connection is a running AgentOS instance registered with the hosted control plane. Your team can chat with agents, inspect traces and monitor sessions from one dashboard. A local development instance runs for free at an address like http://localhost:7777. When deployed to a server running around the clock at a real URL, that is a live connection.
Does Agno charge per event, token or data egress?
No. There are no per-event fees, no token fees and no egress fees. You pay for seats and live connections. Monitoring, retention, knowledge and everything else inside a connection is unmetered.
